By accessing or using OrbiFi ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") at orbifi.co, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Platform. OrbiFi is a Web3 investment platform operating on BNB Smart Chain, offering daily yield generation through USDT BEP-20 staking. By connecting your wallet and depositing funds, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

To use OrbiFi, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where crypto investments are prohibited • Not be on any government sanctions list By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

OrbiFi offers multiple investment plans with varying deposit amounts and daily yield rates: • $50 USDT — 1.2% daily • $100 USDT — 1.5% daily • $500 USDT — 1.8% daily • $1,000 USDT — 2.1% daily • $5,000 USDT — 2.5% daily • $10,000 USDT — 3.0% daily All investments are subject to a lock-in period of 90, 120, or 360 days depending on the selected plan. Daily profit rates are variable and based on actual platform performance. Historical rates are not a guarantee of future returns. Minimum deposit is $50 USDT. All transactions are processed on BNB Smart Chain.

IMPORTANT: Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risks. By using OrbiFi, you acknowledge and accept the following risks: • Market Risk: Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. The value of your investment may fluctuate significantly. • Technology Risk: Smart contracts, blockchain networks, and wallets may be subject to bugs, hacks, or technical failures. • Liquidity Risk: Your funds are locked for the duration of your chosen plan and cannot be withdrawn early. • Regulatory Risk: Changes in laws or regulations may adversely affect the Platform or your ability to access funds. • No Guaranteed Returns: Daily profit rates are estimates based on platform performance and are not guaranteed. You should never invest more than you can afford to lose.

Users may withdraw their available balance (accumulated profits and referral earnings) at any time subject to the following conditions: • Minimum withdrawal amount: $50 USDT • A 1% platform fee is deducted from all withdrawals • Withdrawal requests are processed manually by the platform team • Processing time may vary between 24-72 hours • Principal investments remain locked until the end of the lock-in period OrbiFi reserves the right to pause withdrawals in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to smart contract maintenance, security incidents, or regulatory compliance requirements.

OrbiFi operates a multi-level referral program with up to 10 levels of depth. By participating in the referral program, you agree that: • Referral bonuses are credited daily based on your referrals' active investments • Bonus percentages vary by level and your current rank • Referral earnings are subject to the same withdrawal terms and fees • You may not use spam, misleading advertising, or unethical means to recruit referrals • OrbiFi reserves the right to terminate referral accounts found to be abusing the system Referral rewards are not guaranteed and depend on the continued activity of your network.

OrbiFi is a non-custodial platform. You are solely responsible for: • The security of your Web3 wallet and private keys • Ensuring you connect to the correct website (orbifi.co) • Verifying all transaction details before confirming • Protecting your seed phrase and never sharing it with anyone OrbiFi will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. We are not responsible for any losses arising from compromised wallets, phishing attacks, or user error.

You agree not to use the Platform to: • Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity • Manipulate platform data or attempt to exploit smart contract vulnerabilities • Use bots or automated tools to artificially inflate referral networks • Impersonate OrbiFi or its team members • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to platform systems Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending rewards.

OrbiFi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that: • The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free • Investment returns will meet your expectations • The Platform will be free from security vulnerabilities To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbiFi disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OrbiFi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or investment capital • Losses arising from smart contract bugs or blockchain network failures • Losses due to regulatory actions or market conditions Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.

OrbiFi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
